Story

In 2017, SoulSalt Lifestyles began managing rental properties for local friends on St. George Island, Florida. It all began with on of the first homes built on St. George Island by the Kirvin Family. Getting the property updated and in vacation rental shape was a gracious undertaking and it was placed on the market within 3 months.

Soulsalt has since successfully renovated and manages Vacation Rental Properties that has increased in value by 65% every year.

In 2019, SoulSalt has expanded to Southern Florida, operating additional properties in Key West, FL and Key Haven, Fl. Also, expanding services such as Property caretaking, Renovation Project Management and Vacation Rental Start-up Education.

Locally operated, though willing to go the extra mile.
